FPG is proud to announce it has won bronze at the 2018 Stevie Awards banquet for its Service Unleashed program. The award represents the fifth Stevie FPG has won for training excellence in just the last five years.

FPG’s Service Unleashed was chosen as an award-winner from a field of more than 2,500 nominations from organizations in 41 nations.

Service Unleashed was born out of a desire to pair our Stevie-award winning sales and leadership programs with a service program to help the customer experience rise in lockstep with increasing sales. Experiential study revealed a swift rise in sales often brought about a decline in customer service when left unattended, which was part of the design of Service Unleashed; to increase the customer service component alongside sales gains.
