Great post @kapatalas. There is some good info int here as I'm actually writing a post on developing final product messaging through customer research, creating your ideal customer profile, personas, and using the value proposition canvas. This article might play well with it. I'll reach out when completed. 

Also, I have heard good things about Woodpecker.co. I'll have to give it a try!
