As a manager or supervisor, you are expected to remain calm when chaos erupts in a situation. Managers are seen as the cool, confident and collected figure in the business who can handle everything. But, when it comes to feedback, and I mean harsh, brutal, see it as it is, honest to the core feedback – different story.
