It’s been reported by Nielson that 84% of consumers always or sometimes take action based on personal recommendations. Some great tips -- thanks for sharing! On "Invest in Personalization" I would add that not only should messaging be personalized, it should also be direct and conscise. Or as one millennial put it, "make your point and then shut up."
