Everybody who touches our codebase also communicates with our customers. That’s very deliberate. That’s by design. Some of these guys aren’t necessarily comfortable with that, or they weren’t when that began or when we started doing that. But I basically just created accounts in our Intercom, we use Intercom from all of our customer communication. I created accounts in Intercom for our developers and I always, whenever I can, a lot of times I'm travelling
