Everybody who touches our codebase also communicates with our customers. Thatâs very deliberate. Thatâs by design. Some of these guys arenât necessarily comfortable with that, or they werenât when that began or when we started doing that. But I basically just created accounts in our Intercom, we use Intercom from all of our customer communication. I created accounts in Intercom for our developers and I always, whenever I can, a lot of times I'm travelling
