Great share @dcancel the pen analogy with how you think Stewart Butterfield would sell it is awesome. It was always interested me how they created a product that makes Skype look so bad when Microsoft had so much time and leverage to build something better, but just never did. I look forward to seeing what happens as Slack grows (and has more TV commercials haha)
