Something we've been thinking about a lot lately here at Drift.

Is the way we've been doing marketing and sales broken?

Just think about it for a second...

If you're like me, you hate filling out forms - for anything. 

And you avoid "hopping on the phone" with a sales rep at all costs.

But when we're at work, in our jobs in marketing and sales, we do the opposite. We use all of the methods that we actively try to avoid when we're on the other side of the table.
