I am sure you won’t disagree if I say nothing converts a prospect or lead better than a phone call or a face to face meeting. But, we all know how painful appointment scheduling is for both you and your customers.

This is how a normal call/demo/appointment scheduling works:

Email #1- Customer: I want to know more about your services. Can you call me at +1 310 XXX XXXX.

Email #2-  You: Thank you for your email. I would love to jump on a call with you and tell you more about your offerings. How about I give you a call on Tuesday at 12pm?

Email #3-Customer: Great! Tuesday is bit packed – how about Friday 4pm.

Email #4- You: Sure, Friday 4pm works for me. Talk soon

Then, you go to your Google Calendar and schedule a call with your customer.


Finally, it took 4 emails, 2 distractions, some modifications on your calendar, lots of waiting for replies and 15-30 minutes of time waste – just to schedule ONE CALL. 

If you are a VP of Sales or CEO of your business, will you be OK with this? To schedule 5 demos a day, you can easily calculate the time your Sales Rep will waste in scheduling these calls. In addition to the waste of time, inefficient systems always lead to high attrition rate due to low job satisfaction. As a result, there is a lot to lose if you don’t fix this problem at the earliest.
