@viktoregri this is a great breakdown! We also add two more stages when we map out the buyers / customer journey for SaaS clients. Following the Decision stage there is a Retention and Evangelist stage. They are more specifically focusing on your customer success messaging. Retention concentrates on how your customers are thinking about your product and what message you are sending them. Evangelist is speaking to your brand advocates and what message you are sending to them and how they are thinking when referring the product to their network.
