It’s not been long since modern printing took birth. A look into the history of printing reveals that it was only towards the end of the 1930s. Inkjet printing (1951) was followed by laser printing (1969) and finally modern digital printing. Digital printing uses the techniques of both inkjet and laser printing, its biggest advantage is that printing plates are not needed. Also, printing requests less than 1 could be placed (quite unlike the other techniques).
