What does the "human factor” really mean today in your business?

“…bots are only meant to scale the human efforts, and without the human factor, even the most sophisticated bots will not be enough…” This is a quote from Yam Regev’s article on “Product growth at risk: Bots and algos vs. the human factor”. Now I share my opinion too  on the topic as a marketing automation person.
