Motivation is a massive factor of sales performance in any company. Sales team perform at their best level only when perfectly motivated for their work.Sometimes failure happens not because the product is not good but the problem is sales team is not armed with proper sales tools.

At Inturact we use HubSpot Sales to stay organized. There is a lot of tools within it that really up our productivity.
From my experience though, motivation for sales teams generally stems from commissions and financial opportunities. Beyond that it does take some creativity. I would love to hear what others are using.
