What is a unified customer view?

A UCV, often called ‘single customer view’ or SCV, is a way to rid your business of data silos and keep aggregated, holistic information about your customers in a single place.

A unified customer view will help you:

  • Store all important information for each individual customer in a single place.
  • Reconcile data for each customer.
  • Have quick and easy access to past customer interactions.
  • Have a holistic, multi-device view of each customer’s interactions and attributes.
